Welcome to humm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products
We sell the humm speaker, a compact speaker that plays sound through the surface it is placed on. Because the humm produces sound by vibrating the surface beneath it, volume and sound quality vary depending on the surface's size, material, and shape. We describe this clearly on our product page, and this variation is a normal characteristic of the product, not a defect.

We make every effort to display our product, its features, and its colours accurately. Slight differences in appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography.

Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfil. If we cancel an order, we will let you know.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept it, and we may contact you to confirm your details before dispatch.

Payment
Orders are paid by cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to you. No payment is taken online at the time of ordering. You may inspect your package on arrival and only pay once you accept it.

Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are described in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to humm and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, humm is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
