Where we deliver
We deliver everywhere across Lebanon.

Shipping cost
Delivery is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no added shipping fees at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. We may contact you first to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch, which helps make sure your humm reaches you smoothly.

How payment works
All orders are cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door, there is no online payment or card required. You can inspect your package on arrival, and you only pay once you accept it.

Order confirmation
After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation. We may reach out by Instagram or email to confirm your details before we send your order out, so please keep an eye on your messages.

If you're not available
If you're not available when the courier arrives, they will usually attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a new time. If we're unable to reach you or complete delivery after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.
